Beim Düngen von Gemüse an Presstöpfe und Ernterückstände denken, um Gewässer zu schützen
Wie viel Nitrat ausgewaschen wird, bestimmt in erster Linie die Mineralisierung und damit der Stickstoff, der bereits im Boden vorhanden ist. Was nach dem Ernten auf dem Feld bleibt und beim Setzen dazukommt, führt ohne Berücksichtigung auf Dauer zu höheren Auswaschungen.

Der Schweizer Hofdüngermarkt floriert – Transporte und Kosten nehmen zu
Rund 42 Prozent der Schweizer Betriebe nehmen am Hofdüngermarkt teil. Während die Transportdistanzen stabil blieben, stieg die Menge um rund 37 Prozent. Die Nachfrage ist eher gering, dürfte laut Agroscope aber zunehmen.
